This was a fantastic culinary experience. Everything was perfect. Service was fast, attentive and very helpful. They provided a great experience. The food was exceptional. We had Meatballs for an appetizer, and Oysters and i had the Tuna. All were great. And the atmosphere was also amazing. We sat outside, it was raining yet we felt warm and could take in the Harbour. Wonderful views. A must visit when in Vancouver.

This was my first time visiting Cardero’s and it was FANTASTIC! The place was quite busy even at 3 p.m., but the wait time wasn’t too bad. We sat on the over-the-water patio, and the atmosphere was absolutely beautiful—overlooking the water and boat docks made it such an enjoyable experience.
The servers were kind, funny, and very attentive. We ordered the Coal Harbour Burger to share, and not only was it one of the best burgers I’ve had in years, but they also went the extra mile by serving it already cut in half, each on our own plate with individual portions of fries. And let me tell you—those fries were amazing—crispy, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely delicious.
As I’m writing this, I’m literally salivating just thinking about the meal—not even kidding.
Of course, pricing depends on what you order, but we found the burger to be reasonably priced and a generous enough portion to share.
Honestly, I can’t wait to come back and try more items from their menu!

Best salmon of my life!
Beautiful scenery, outstanding service and incredible food. This place is NOT a tourist trap. It is legit delicious and high quality. If you’re in the area I highly recommend enjoying a meal here, especially on the patio if it is available. Can’t wait to be back!

After a few beautiful days indulging in Vancouver’s best eats, we decided it was time for a lunch with atmosphere. We asked our hotel for a recommendation, and they suggested Cordero’s—and we’re glad they did.
While the food was solid and delicious, what truly stood out was the service. Our waitress, Jacqie, absolutely rocked my world—she remembered we were celebrating our anniversary and made us feel so special. She was warm, attentive, and a pleasure to connect with on many levels.
If I had one small wish, it would be for slightly larger portions—but with food this good and a view like that, you understand what you’re paying for. A lovely, memorable lunch—and Jacqie made it even better.

I had the foraged mushroom tagliatelle, absolutely delicious. The homemade faccacia was delicious. Soft and fragrant. Parking was street and a parcade nearby. Service was fast and friendly. Server Camillo, he was great. It was my nieces grad dinner celebration, and he surprised her with a dessert.
We had a great time it was very busy but we didn't feel rushed at any time. Would totally recommend.
