I recently visited Casbah Spa for the Refresher Facial with a Jelly Mask and Peppermint Neck & Scalp Treatment. The spa itself is absolutely beautiful and feels very luxurious. There is a lovely lounge area where you can relax with water or tea, and they even offer snacks like candies, cookies, and apples. The staff were welcoming, professional, and very kind, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived.
That said, the treatment felt a little shorter than I expected. My appointment started around 11:10 and finished at 12:00, so the full experience was about 50 minutes. For the price ($170), I had hoped for a bit more time or depth to the treatment.
Overall, I enjoyed the atmosphere and my skin felt refreshed, but I’m not completely sure I would return for another visit.

Friendly, polite, professional staff. Boyen took time to make me feel comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed his massage. Tasty good quality wine! A satisfying relaxing experience! I slept well later on at home. Ty...Myrna

Excellent experience as always. Best local spa there is. I go in monthly for a facial and get full service including a massage. They even offer you a glass of wine while you’re lounging! Chanel and Melissa both great technicians and would highly recommend either one.

I had an absolutely awful customer service experience at Casbah, and unfortunately it’s not the first time this has happened. Casbah cancelled my appointment the night before the booking and when I had told them this is not the first time they’ve done this and I would appreciate a resolution the girl on the phone said she would figure it out and call me back. She never called me back. I had to call the next day and speak to Zoe, who was so incredibly rude and did not acknowledge that I wanted a resolution to my situation but rather kept speaking over me, and saying there was nothing they could do and to just reschedule. When I asked to speak to her manager she replied by saying “I am the manager” and I corrected her and said I want to speak to HER manager. She refused to give me her managers name and when she would be in the clinic for me to call back. I had to call back when she hung up and ask the other lady for her managers name. She claimed I was being rude to her and her staff when she kept speaking over me and did not once acknowledge my frustration with there lack of customer service skills. She was incredibly demeaning in her tone and I would not recommend there services anymore as someone who used to go to Casbah often.

I visited Casbah Day Spa hoping for a relaxing experience and beautiful makeup, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. Here’s why:
- Makeup service was poorly set up. I was seated in the foyer on a high chair with no mirror and dark lighting. I had to request a handheld mirror and was told the best lighting was near the front door. I had to get off the chair multiple times to go to the front to check my makeup in proper lighting. The makeup was mediocre at best. She put false lashes on with no wing tip and it was very obvious. The makeup itself was basic and not worth the price tag.
- The phone kept ringing, and with no receptionist, my makeup artist answered 3-4 calls during my appointment, leaving me sitting awkwardly.
- Customers were shopping for products right beside me, making the setting feel chaotic and not “spa-like”.
- I called 5 times to speak with the manager (Zoe) and was continuously deflected by Kendra, the staff member who did my makeup. Excuses ranged from “she’s in meetings” to “I can’t find her.” After my 5th attempt I gave up. It was obvious that she knew who I was and didn’t want me to speak to her boss.
What should have been a pleasant and professional experience, felt unorganized and dismissive. I do not recommend Casbah Day Spa for makeup if you value service, communication, or a relaxing environment.
