I really wanted to give this place another try . $180 for a mani and pedi . The cuticle work was horrible , the shape of the nails are all different. This place is just not for me .
I had high hopes going to this spa rather than a “nail bar” it started off with the woman slicing my finger open with a file. It’s a pretty deep cut that bled. She said “oh well this file is for pedicures” (umm ok so why are you using it on my hands?!?) my finger hurt a lot from the slice, it’s deep like a knife cut. Then she painted about 4 nails before she realized she didn’t have enough polish of the colour I asked for to do my manicure lol so why not decide that before you start?! So I picked the most basic thing so I could just get out of there. The “hand massage” was about 30 seconds per hand. She constantly was wiping her nose on her arm then also blew her nose with a tissue and gloves on but did not change her gloves or sanitize her hands. The nail clippers on the towel also had Simone else’s skin in them, gross. I wanted to say something and I should have but I hate making a big deal so I didn’t. I came for a calming spa service and was in pure anxiety the entire time from the get go. The 1 star rating is for the spa manager who gave me my service for free which I did not ask for so that was kind. Awful experience. I suuuuuure hope I don’t get an infection from the cut and unclean tools. Better off at the nail and a few doors down ladies!!
I had a facial appointment with Deslyn and she is so good humble and experienced with her technique. It is very good experience at this place with her and it is my first visit ever and I will definitely go again to her and have her excellent experience and techniques she use on me . You Deslyn
I am seeing Veneita for massage and she is really great in her job. Would recommend her gor sure. I took one star away because sometimes the receptionist will keep calling to change appointment time which is really annoying.
Went in for a Pedicure after debating about it for months. Couldn’t have picked a better Place than Skin Concept and Jasmine to help me. She was awesome with service making me comfortable and making my feet better. I recommend her to everyone out there. It’s very reasonable price too. Way to go.
