I would give 100 stars if I could. My RMT was Nikki and she was amazing and as a first timer i couldn't ask for a butter experience. The lady at the front was kind and answered all my questions and was patient. Honestly between the lounge, massage and steam room and amenities this place you get more then what you paid for. And for all the bigger client their robes will cover you so leave any anxiety at home. I'm writing this in the parking lot so blown away by my experience. Please don't decide though based on the reviews book something and go see for yourself.

From the facial services, massage services, or hair salon services, my experience has always been amazing. My hairstylist, who I have had for years, is always welcoming when I arrive at the Salon. The shampoo massages are the best and very relaxing. My hairstylist always listens to what I want and provides suggestions that are best for my hair. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my hairdressing needs 😊

I always leave happy when having my hair done here. Inder is an incredible stylish and a lovely human. I always feel I am in expert hands when it comes to trusting her with my hair. Anytime I've decided to try something a little bold, she has my back and ensures we communicate wants and expectations well.

I have been going to Spa Utopia in Langley for close to two decades! I've had many services over the years and have felt pampered and cared for each and every time. I now live in Mission and I still drive to Langley Spa Utopia to see Inder for my haircuts. She always does a such beautiful job. Thank you, Inder! ❤️

The lounge and my technician were lovely, but I was very disappointed with the outcome of my gel manicure. I paid $114 + tax and tip for a manicure that chipped 2 days later.
I am now 4 days later and almost all my nails have peeled on one of the edges.
I emailed customer service with no response.
Would not recommend any nail service here. Especially given the crazy expensive prices.
