I would give 100 stars if I could. My RMT was Nikki and she was amazing and as a first timer i couldn't ask for a butter experience. The lady at the front was kind and answered all my questions and was patient. Honestly between the lounge, massage and steam room and amenities this place you get more then what you paid for. And for all the bigger client their robes will cover you so leave any anxiety at home. I'm writing this in the parking lot so blown away by my experience. Please don't decide though based on the reviews book something and go see for yourself.

The staff are incredible, so caring and attentive! The environment is welcoming and the eucalyptus steam room is a must! Brianna the make up artist is so knowledgeable and genuine! Kelvin is a fantastic masseuse. Membership is sooo worth it and you can stack your discount with current promotions! This place is my home away from home! Come visit, you won’t regret it!

The space itself is beautiful, and the front desk and lounge staff were kind and welcoming. Puneet, who washed my hair, was especially wonderful and made me feel very comfortable.
Unfortunately, my hair service was extremely disappointing.
I paid extra to book with a master hairstylist and added a $35 shine and moisturizing treatment as she explicitly recommended. I mentioned during consultation I trusted my (“master”) stylists opinion and just specifically asked for long layers and face-framing pieces. I was growing out my face framing pieces and wanted them trimmed and a good amount of layers and dead ends cut as I usually go 3-4 months between haircuts. Alongside this, I told her I usually do low maintenance styles and need something that will look good up in a bun or down and straight. I’m a full time student, I work part time, and I simply do NOT have the time to be curling my hair every single day.
While the layers were done decently as the stylist checked quite a few times I was comfortable with the length she took off, my front pieces were not. A large chunk of my front hair was bluntly cut and presented as a curtain bang. By the time I realized what had been done, it was too late, and I was honestly in shock, frankly I immediately wanted to leave. When I looked at it, I was asked if I wanted it shorter - I never wanted this in the first place. The cut is not blended at all, looks choppy and jagged, and when held up to my face it sits as a blunt, disconnected section rather than face framing. Even if it was a “curtain bang”, I have absolutely no clue how it could be considered one. It is just an extremely long chopped blunt bang.
I previously worked in hair and bridal styling, so I understand that thick hair can take more time - but that is never a reason to rush or compromise the result. Along side that, I understand things can happen, but my stylist was already late to my appointment. I was leaving at 2:30 after beginning the appointment 20 minutes late at 1:20 this made me concerned from the start that I would be slightly rushed through.
The added treatment did not leave my hair moisturized or shiny, and despite clearly explaining that my hair does not hold a curl without product, a light spray of hairspray was used and a glittery shine spray. My curls fell out within 30 minutes, and I had an engagement party that evening.
I left feeling unheard, rushed, and extremely disappointed. The stylist was kind and asked questions and we conversed, however I cannot be silent about my disappointment.
This experience has made me very hesitant to ever return, even for a correction.
Thank you for reading my experience, I hope it is different for others.

Decided to use the rest of my health benefits for RMT at spa Utopia Langley location. Just before Christmas. What an awesome experience with my RMT Pamela! I had a 75 minute Swedish massage and she was amazing! The facility was clean and inviting. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. A beautiful serene and distressing environment. Will definitely be back in New Year!

I never write reviews but I just had to for Nikki! I had a RMT massage for the first time and it was so worth it coming to spa utopia! It is on the pricey side but you get a sauna, private shower, lounge to have some tea and snacks. Nikki gave me the best massage and left me feeling super relaxed and helped relieve some of the tension I had in my body. Would definitely recommend checking this place out and book with Nikki!
