I saw Perla today, she did a cut, half foils and a blow out for me. She was friendly, and very knowledgeable about hair and the latest hair products. Her cut was precise, and my blonde highlights look natural, soft and blended. I am very happy with her services, and I recommend her!

The ambiance was serene, low stimulus, and soothing. I really enjoyed the warm stone massage, and Elvie's pressure. She was willing to adjust her own schedule to accommodate a longer appointment, which felt welcoming. The steam room was a lovely addition to the end of my treatment. I highly recommend Aru!

I booked a highlights and a haircut appointment at Aru Spa and wanted to share my wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and my hairdresser Perla was very passionate about her work, pleasant and polite. She had a great technique and a good knowledge of the products. Perla was also very gentle, which is important for me, as I have a sensitive scalp. I would definitely come back and recommend her to my friends.

I gave this place numerous chances before writing a review.
Been 3-4 times for massage. They have really good availability and they're close to home which is part of the reason I visit.
The second time I went for massage with a female RMT, she seemingly was under the influence of something and was FALLING ASLEEP while massaging my neck. Like nodding off. One of the most bizarre and uncomfortable experiences I ever had. I should've said something in hindsight and cut the massage short at that point. I thought I was crazy but upon reading other reviews I am not the first person this has happened to.
Additionally, cleanliness isn't top tier.... I often find long dark hairs in their "clean" robes.
I also received a massage from a male therapist nearly two months ago. He isn't registered to the spa therefore to this day I've still paid out of pocket 220$+ and am unable to claim through my insurance until he does this. I've called Aru and they said its "in process" but this doesn't really help me.
Spa Utopia is a far better experience and I will make the 30 min drive there instead

My facial was lovely. But I had a few concerns with this place and professionalism. Like another review stated - before writing this I tried to connect with a manager but they just responded asking me what about. If I wanted to email about it, I would have. I never ended up getting a call and unfortunately I would not return.
