The environment and music were well suited to the experience. Nicha worked on areas that I asked to focus on and got out a few knots while making the experience relaxing.
From a customer perspective, knowing later I had someone that was new to the industry, I would suggest the business should introduce fees that are proportionate to the experience.
Massages are expensive and not covered by medical so its very much a luxury we enjoy, it would add value if through the website new customers are first made aware that they can check the profiles of staff and their experience and then make an educated choice. Glad to have this business in our neighbourhood.

I have a double disc injury and have struggled to receive lasting benefits from RMT Physio, and chiropractic treatment. Claudia, (I believe her name is), paid such close attention to detail, made sure I felt confident before starting, and consistently checked in with me about pressure level and muscle tension throughout the massage. Within a couple minutes, she eased any concerns I may have had about the massage being too intense or too gentle, releasing the tension on my problem areas with masterful precision while causing no aggravation whatsoever. In addition to the excellent massage, she kept me updated throughout the process on exactly what she was doing and shared some of her wealth of knowledge with me. In short, to say I am satisfied with my visit would be an understatement. These lovely women are doing God’s work 🙏🏼

My partner and I got a couples massage with Punchita and Pattra. They were both amazing and gave one of the best and most relaxing Thai massages I’ve ever had (and I’m Thai!). For my partner, it was her first Thai massage, and she can’t wait to get more!

I’ve been going to Organic Thai Spa for several years now and there’s simply nowhere better in Vancouver. Punchita is absolutely incredible and highly recommended, but I’ve yet to have a massage here that’s anything but spectacular from anyone who has worked there.
