I have a double disc injury and have struggled to receive lasting benefits from RMT Physio, and chiropractic treatment. Claudia, (I believe her name is), paid such close attention to detail, made sure I felt confident before starting, and consistently checked in with me about pressure level and muscle tension throughout the massage. Within a couple minutes, she eased any concerns I may have had about the massage being too intense or too gentle, releasing the tension on my problem areas with masterful precision while causing no aggravation whatsoever. In addition to the excellent massage, she kept me updated throughout the process on exactly what she was doing and shared some of her wealth of knowledge with me. In short, to say I am satisfied with my visit would be an understatement. These lovely women are doing God’s work 🙏🏼

Just had incredible massage here- a combination of Thai and hot oil. Really just incredibly relaxing experience and amazing stretching- I feel like a new woman! I wish I could remember her name- she was really nice and sweet and excellent at getting rid of my tense muscle knots and finding tense areas. I felt very taken care of, a great feeling when you have several aches and pains. But they are gone now!!!😃 I very highly recommend!

The best Thai massage I’ve ever got in my entire life! It was my first time here and I’ll come back for sure. I had severe neck pain and my massage therapist really hit exactly the hurting spots until the pain went away. I felt like a new person going out of this amazing place. The atmosphere is very authentic, relaxing and really helps you take all your stress away. I highly recommend it!

I wanted to share some honest feedback about my visit today. I came in really looking forward to a restorative experience, but unfortunately I left feeling physically unwell and emotionally unsettled.
The paraffin foot treatment was extremely hot—painfully so—and I had to ask for it to be stopped. The massage itself also didn’t feel very skilled; the masseuse seemed inexperienced, and the technique left me feeling more tense than relaxed. On top of that, I was cold throughout the session, which made it hard to feel comfortable or cared for.
Altogether, the experience felt more destabilizing than healing. I left feeling nauseous, cold, and disappointed—really the opposite of what I’d hoped for.
I’m not writing this to complain for the sake of it, but to let you know the treatment fell short in ways that really affected me. I hope this helps inform your training and guest experience moving forward.

I’ve been going to Organic Thai Spa for several years now and there’s simply nowhere better in Vancouver. Punchita is absolutely incredible and highly recommended, but I’ve yet to have a massage here that’s anything but spectacular from anyone who has worked there.
