We have had the fortune of having the service technician, Quinn, dispatched to service our HVAC unit and "quirky" thermostat. He is so personable, kind, and punctual. He takes the time to both listen and understand the concern and owner's observations. He communicates clearly and educates willingly. We feel very well taken care of with his exceptional service and knowledge. With his pro-active approach, we also feel reassured that our unit will continue to provide ongoing reliable heating and cooling. Thank you, Quinn!

We originally booked the appointment because a single bedroom vent was blowing cool air. Not only did the technician fail to fix this, but his work resulted in the entire heating system becoming non-functional.
Most distressingly, the technician left the premises without informing us that he had disabled our climate control. We have a one-year-old baby in the home, and we were left in the middle of winter with no heat and no warning. This level of negligence and lack of professional care is unacceptable.
Despite an email sent two weeks ago requesting a refund, I have received zero response. I am now proceeding with a credit card chargeback and a formal report to the Better Business Bureau.
Please think twice before hiring this company, especially if you have a family that relies on a functional home environment."

Horrible experience with Western Pacific and currently in dispute with credit card company for a chargeback.
Contacted them to diagnose and repair our A/C unit in our condo and the technician spent about 10 minutes diagnosing the issue and jumped to the conclusion that the fan was faulty. Said they’d reach out to the manufacturer on our behalf for a replacement under warranty (thought this was great at first) and mentioned it would be a 1-month lead time. A month passes by and I check in with the technician and no response. Called the office 3 times, each time I was promised a call back, escalation with the manager, etc and I never received a call back and so I ended up contacting my credit card company for a dispute.
To make matters worse, the issue with my A/C was ultimately diagnosed (by someone else) to be a misconfiguration with the Ecobee thermostat, which the technician never even looked at. In the initial phone call with Western Pacific, I specifically requested for a technician with expertise in Ecobee thermostats.
Spent $150 for a misdiagnosis and just flat out getting ghosted by the company after I agreed to have the issue repaired with the company (which the $150 is supposed to go towards).
I hope this is a one-off occurrence as the company has good reviews in general, but this was my experience and I would 100% not recommend this company to anybody.

Fantastic service!! I have had so much trouble finding a solid HVAC company over the years and Western Pacific HVAC has really impressed. From great communication and clear pricing to excellent maintenance work, they checked all the boxes. The technician, Connor, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He carried out the work efficiently and shared a lot of useful information for me as a homeowner. I would highly recommend Western Pacific!
