The technician showed up on time, was super friendly, and explained how everything worked before finishing the job. The installation was quick and done professionally, and the price was honestly very reasonable.

Highly recommend this company! I've been doing business with them for a few years now. I never been disappointed. They provide a thorough service to our furnace, AC, fireplaces and water tank. They test pipes for potential gas leaks. They answer calls in the evenings if there's a problem or a concern. Time spent to resolve an issue is part of their work ethic. Customer's satisfaction is prime for them. They also recognize customer's loyalty by showing flexibility in payments. Highly recommend them.

Onsite Heating and Cooling Limited has been completely unreliable in my experience.
They serviced my fireplace and told me I needed repairs. During that visit, the technician used a shop vac that blew black soot all over my living room. I spent days cleaning it and am still dealing with the mess. When I brought this up to Shawn, there was no apology or concern.
I scheduled the repair for an evening when I would be home. About three hours before my appointment, I got a call saying they were already at my place. Luckily, I was able to let them in. After completing the repair, they told me they didn’t have the paint to finish the job and would need to return, and that they would reach out to schedule. They never did.
After a week with no contact, I emailed them. They then booked me for the following Saturday. On that Saturday, they did not arrive during the agreed-upon timeframe and the work was still not completed. The tech said he would come back on Monday or Tuesday to do the second coat of paint. He never showed up or followed up.
After another 10 days of waiting (now more than 20 days since the original service), I emailed again asking for a resolution and advised that if I did not hear back, I would request a partial chargeback from my credit card company for the incomplete work. Shawn called that same day and asked if I was home. I was not, so he told me to call when I got home and said he would come then. I told him it would be around 4:30–5:00pm. When I called around that time, he told me he was in Vancouver and would not be able to make it.
He asked me to send my availability yet again. I explained that I had already been let down multiple times and was no longer comfortable relying on their timing. I requested a refund for the incomplete service and was told no they would come complete the work based on my availability and to email them so they could confirm the time. I emailed my availability as requested, received no response, followed up again two days later, and was finally offered a refund, which I accepted.
Overall, the lack of reliability, follow-through, and accountability means I would not recommend Onsite Heating and Cooling Limited.

They not only fixed the issue but also cleaned up thoroughly afterward, leaving no mess behind. I also really appreciated their excellent after-service support. Dave and Shawn did a wonderful job repairing my tenants fireplace. After repair was done Dave came a few times (after his work) to make sure that the fireplace is working correctly and to answer any questions my tenant had. The service they delivered was very professional and friendly. Highly Recommended
