The technicians, including Lucas, Clarence, and Kai, are consistently courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about HVAC systems. They appear enthusiastic about learning how the system operates and continually aim to enhance their expertise. I've met six of them thus far in Sherman Oaks, and they have consistently demonstrated exceptional skill. Their assessments and recommendations have always been accurate. As a teacher, I would rate them an A+.
