I saw Perla today, she did a cut, half foils and a blow out for me. She was friendly, and very knowledgeable about hair and the latest hair products. Her cut was precise, and my blonde highlights look natural, soft and blended. I am very happy with her services, and I recommend her!

Not a great experience this time around 😓😓😓
I visited this spa during my birthday period last year and had a great experience. Unfortunately, my recent visit didn't live up to that. The appointment at 4pm felt a bit rushed, I didn't get access to steam/shower afterward, and the water refreshment could've been served more nicely. Despite these issues, the spa was clean and tidy. I'm a bit puzzled about what went wrong this time compared to my previous visit. I hope the spa considers improving timing and post-service amenities for a more relaxing experience. Overall, I appreciate the service they've provided in the past and hope for better consistency.

I’ve been going to aru spa and salon for a few months now to get my hair done by Seth. I’ve really enjoyed my experience so far and love returning to get my hair done. Seth does a great job of including me in the whole process, by explaining each step to me, and he’s very attentive when it comes to catering to my hair needs. He recently did a great job with bringing out my natural hair colour in a reverse balayage. I look forward to my next appointment with Seth!

The ambiance was serene, low stimulus, and soothing. I really enjoyed the warm stone massage, and Elvie's pressure. She was willing to adjust her own schedule to accommodate a longer appointment, which felt welcoming. The steam room was a lovely addition to the end of my treatment. I highly recommend Aru!

So dissapointing! The receptionist was extremely rude! My appointment was at 11:30 waited until 12 no one approached me or offered me water. When I asked about my appointment the receptionist said: Shebis willing to stay 20 min for you appointment but you have to wait another 20-25 min?? My appointment was at 11:30! Now she is willing to stay for my appointment? And she es so rude when I asked her to “reschedule”. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE… pathetic.
