Glowbal never disappoints. We had brunch this time and it was absolutely phenomenal. Every dish was beautifully presented, fresh, and packed with flavour. You can really tell there’s consistency and care in everything that comes out of the kitchen.
What truly makes the experience exceptional is the service. The entire staff always goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. And Gaby — our server — is simply amazing. She brings such positive energy, is attentive, and genuinely makes you feel valued from the moment you sit down.
Outstanding food, incredible service, and such a welcoming atmosphere every visit. Highly recommend!

What a delight coming here solo for Saturday brunch! The ambience is incredibly welcoming & elegant. And the service is terrific — it was my pleasure to be served by Gabriela and Milo. Gabriela started me off with complimentary mini donuts and a power smoothie shot, which was followed by Milo’s table-top custom drink & pleasant conversation. Gabriela was so attentive throughout the afternoon!
The dynamite prawn frittata is delicious! I also got the $12 eggs benny with creamed mushroom and leeks — tasted good, but I wish it had more hollandaise and the muffin was on the drier side.
Everything on the menu looked incredible lol I’ll be a frequent here for sure!

My partner and I were visiting Vancouver for the long weekend and decided to spend our last night at Glowbal, and let me tell you it did not disappoint. A special thank you to our server Kevin M who was incredible! His knowledge of the food was impressive and his suggestions were always spot on. He even recommended two amazing non-alcoholic cocktails for us to enjoy. Kevin M was thoughtful, charming and courteous, he brought us some soup to sip on when our main dish was delayed. He was also kind enough to take a photo of us to commemorate the special evening. Thank you Kevin M for making our last night in Vancouver memorable. Out of all the servers we had in Vancouver, you were definitely the best.
To the hostesses, thank you for being helpful and accommodating to us. However, I noticed them turn a group of 2 or 4 down who didn't have a reservation but wanted to have drinks at the bar. The hostess said they were fully booked up and couldn't accommodate them. I then watched about 6-8 bar seats remain empty for the two hours I was there. I must say that was a little disappointing to observe.
Overall, I had an excellent time at Glowbal and will be back the next time I am in Vancouver.

I celebrated my birthday with my family at Glowbal on West Georgia,Vancouver and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The moment we walked in, the atmosphere set the tone for a perfect evening — quiet, sensory-friendly, and beautifully lit with soft, dim lighting. It’s an ideal place for special occasions, and it absolutely made my birthday feel extra special.
We enjoyed appetizers, entrées, desserts, and cocktails, and every dish surpassed our expectations. The flavors were incredible, the presentation was stunning, and each plate felt like something crafted to please all the senses. For the quality and creativity of the food, the prices were very reasonable.
One of my favorite parts of the night was the open kitchen setup. Watching the chefs prepare and grill the Tomahawk steak right in front of us added such an exciting and unique touch to the dining experience. Seeing it come off the grill and served directly to our table was a highlight.
Our server, Adam, made the evening even better. He was friendly, upbeat, fun, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. His service was efficient, attentive, and professional — you can tell he loves his job and is very well trained. He took excellent care of us from start to finish.
Overall, Glowbal exceeded every expectation. The ambiance, food, presentation, and service all came together to create a birthday celebration I’ll always remember. Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone celebrating a special occasion!

Went here for my 6yr anniversary last night with my husband and they only allowed us to order off the valentines day menu, and bc we didnt order off the set menu we weren't allowed the strawberry tiramsu, which was disappointing. We also ordered the lemon cheesecake after dinner but they brought us out this lil slice of cheesecake with two berries, again, disappointing. I always request dessert 1st whenever I go out to eat they brought it out after they brought the calamari and shrimp and crab cakes. The calamari came with a pepper sauce which had a bit of a sweet taste to it, delicious, the crab cakes only came with 3, an odd number, I think it should have came with 4, it was good but needed a bit of salt to make it delicious. The lava cake was chocolatey and delicious. I ordered the angel lips it was good but didnt come with the lips as pictured so my husband pointed it out to our sever Zeki, he went and got the bartender to put the lips on it. My husband got the rum noir which came with a chocolate at the end of the toothpick, delicious. My husband got the steak with prawns and truffle I got the stable fish, it was delicious but we wish our meals came garlic mashed potatoes instead of just all vegetables. Our server Zeki made our experience lovely. The food could have used a bit more work, other than that our night was awesome. I should mention tht im allergic to red cherries, red wine, so they made sure I did not get tht with my lava cake wine pairing.
