This was my first time at this place of business. It was at best an average massage, the woman that gave the massage asked for a $20 tip on a seventy dollar massage. They won’t be getting my business again. Thank you for responding, but I want to be very clear: placing the responsibility on a first‑time customer to correct your staff’s behavior is not acceptable. I had no knowledge of your policies, and it is unreasonable to expect a new client to challenge an employee who is directly requesting a specific tip amount. After reading other reviews, it’s obvious this is not an isolated incident. This is a pattern, and it’s the responsibility of management—not customers—to address it. My experience reflects a larger issue within your business, and the way this was handled only reinforces my decision not to return.

Fiona was very good. She really helped with different parts that have been quite sore for too long. This is a good place, because they will fit you in on same day. And its very reasonable priced, and nice and quiet area close by.

I will no longer be going to this Iris in white rock. Yesterday the receptionist again was dictating how much tip I was leaving. I have been going to the one in Newton or guildford for many many years and just moved to south surrey a year ago. I use this place when I need a quick massage after a long day or woke up feeling sore, as a walk in. Funny thing they did have the gratuity option on the debit machin and would enter an amount for you or they watch you as you enter the amount or stop you to tell you what you should be giving and enter it themselves. They now have the option but won't let you select the percentage option, the lady got made when I told her 18% cause she wanted to enter it herself and was arguing with me. Gratuity is a PRIVALAGE for working in an industry that pushes it. North America is the only place that has gratuity, NO OTHER COUNTRY does gratuity. Again it is a privilege they get to charge gratuity and should NOT be telling me what I should giving. I will NOT be going here any more.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Terrible Service – Worst Massage Experience Ever! Please take the reviews on here seriously—they’re true! The service at this place is absolutely terrible. I came in with two family members for a massage, and from the start, it was a disaster. We were 10 minutes late, which we understand was on us, but we had no control over the accident on the road as we traveled all the way from Surrey to this location. Despite this, we were rushed into the room to change, and the experience went downhill from there. Once I got on the table, I waited another 10 minutes for the massage therapist, only to be greeted with, “Oh, you’re late.” I had initially booked a 1-hour massage and noted the time she started, but things got worse. She left the room for five minutes to greet another customer at the door—leaving the door half-open with my body exposed while she was working on my leg. When she returned, she didn’t even finish the leg she started. Instead, she slapped a scalding hot towel on my back and declared the session was over. There is nothing spa-like about this place. The ambiance is terrible, customer service is awful, the massage itself is horrible, and the ladies have no professionalism whatsoever. By this point, I was beyond frustrated and voiced my concerns. I made it clear that I wasn’t going to pay for such poor service. To make matters worse, the other staff members were extremely rude and spoke in their language, which felt disrespectful. Where is the customer service? We eventually settled on paying for only half an hour, but when I paid in cash for all three of our massages, the receptionist had the audacity to ask for a tip. Why should I tip for service that was incomplete, rushed, and disrespectful? Tips are earned, and we didn’t get treated with the basic respect and care we deserve. Both of my family members felt rushed as well, and the overall experience was a disaster. Management needs to step up and train their staff to treat customers with respect and professionalism. What does it take to get decent service these days?
