Getting some work done at home and had to move the AC unit from one wall to another. After doing some research and calling couple of service providers, only Moore & Russell called and promptly arrived for initial look and see. They called before, arrived promptly. Brandon was very professional, asked questions had a look around gave honest feedback, no beating around the bush, gave the quote.
Went ahead with the work, on the day also called before, came on time and finished the work on time.
Brandon and Nick were very professional, respectful. I am very happy with the result.

Recently we had Moore & Russell install a new high efficiency furnace and heat pump in our house. We were very impressed from the moment the salesman (Jansen) arrived, to the day when Jimmy (technician) completed the install. Everyone is very professional and courteous. Most importantly they have a 10 years parts and labour warranty which not everyone provides. I would recommend this company to anyone that is wanting HVAC equipment. Great Job!

Nick G. Offered amazing service today on our furnace and heat pump...went over and above by far, explaining and demonstrating all the issues and conditions, as well as offering proactive advice. Highly recommend! Update: Had some temperature problems and Nick was quick to show up, tested everything from top to bottom and had us cool in no time! However, I asked several times for an explanation of what the problem had been, but never received an answer....otherwise I would have given this a full 5 stars.

Nick G. He came to our place to fix a warranty issue as the cables insulation on top of the roof was all ripped apart by birds. Nick was immaculate manner did a wonderful job covering the cables with the plastic duct covers so this would not happen again.
We were very pleased with his work will highly recommend him to any customer who wants to do any HVAC as he is very professional and careful to ensure that the work is completed to the customer full satisfaction.
