Our furnace broke down, so I looked up heating services and found Onsite Heating & Cooling. I called and talked to Shawn, who told me they could send a technician in 3 hours, such a relief to get help that fast! Sure enough, the tech showed up exactly on time. Turns out, our 30-year-old furnace needed replacing. The technician walked me through all the options really thoroughly, and I ended up deciding to replace both the furnace and A/C with a heat pump system.
A few days later, they came for the installation. By the end of the day, they were done. They were super professional and did an amazing job. The quality of the ductwork, plumbing, and wiring was top-notch. They also cleared out all the old equipment and left my place spotless. Honestly, my experience with Pro West was fantastic. I’d highly recommend them! Thank you Shawn and the the entire team!!!

Ordered a technician 2 days ago which you could see his signature below. I had a problem with my fireplace not turning on. He told me my fireplace didn’t work and told me that I needed a new fireplace and a whole new chimney and new tiles which all added up to crazy amount of money. 2 days later I changed the cap of my chimney and the fireplace was working just fine.
Awful service, he didn’t even take a look at the problem and said I needed i whole new fireplace.Charged expensively just to hear he didn’t know what the problem was.
You could see my chimney was working just fine after a simple fix, would not recommend this company.
