I had our furnace checked and maintained , also repleced the hot water heaters . The technicians came on time, all work was neatly done, they removed the old tanks, and installed the heater, and left the space clean

Lori was able to quickly find a technician to come to our house on December 30 to diagnose our furnace. The furnace was blowing cold air, and the heat would not stay on. She was very responsive and helpful in getting someone out to us.
Sean, the technician, was fantastic. He came to our house on December 30 and thoroughly checked our furnace until he was able to find the issue with our 14-year-old system. He explained that the furnace was short cycling, which caused the heat and cold air to become locked. After diagnosing the problem and determining that the furnace was overheating, he explained that a new furnace was needed.
On January 1, Sean returned to install the new furnace. He went above and beyond to make sure the new furnace was working properly. Sean was very professional, on time, and respectful of our home. I would highly recommend their services. Thank you!

Sean was fantastic. Very professional and mannerism. Nice to see a polite and respectful technician who not only provided the service maintainence on our tankless water on demand service, but flushed out radiant floor heating lines when I mentioned possible areas of the floor that didnt seem to have heat. We were able to pay office via credit card after the work was performed and paid the quoted price. No extra charges. I highly recommend Pro West Heating for HVAC, water on demand or radiant floor servicing. 10 out of 10 rating!

Our central air decided to stop cooperating with us. So our house has been 66 degrees. They made an emergency call from Coquitlam out to chilliwack. My expectations were met and surpassed. Thank you guys.
