Nice to see a polite and respectful technician who not only provided the service maintainence on our tankless water on demand service, but flushed out radiant floor heating lines when I mentioned possible areas of the floor that didnt seem to have heat. We were able to pay office via credit card after the work was performed and paid the quoted price. No extra charges. I highly recommend Pro West Heating for HVAC, water on demand or radiant floor servicing. 10 out of 10 rating!

Sean and his crew did an excellent job of servicing our furnace, a/c, hot water heater, and gas fireplace. They were very thorough, informative, and friendly. All three of them gave me helpful hints regarding maintenance.
The invoice was exactly as quoted even though Sean spent far more time cleaning the a/c unit than he likely expected. Thank you for the great service!
This was the best cleaning we’ve ever had done. We will definitely see them again next year!

I had Pro West do a safety check, maintenance, and cleaning of my gas fireplace. They did a great job. Some of things I liked were that they showed me their findings before they cleaned and adjusted things, ensured the work area was clean before they left, were very professional to interact with. As well, they showed up on time.
