Really can’t recommend them enough.
Great business that is responsive or all our needs and really takes the time to diagnose the issues I had it with my previous heat pump (compared to another company in town). Dave made the whole process simple and understandable and gave us a fair deal on a new installation. They’ve definitely earned our business.

Pro West Heating & Air Conditioning is absolutely wonderful. We recently had them install the HVAC system in the house we are building. They were on-time, honest, professional, courteous, and cared about the quality of their work: characteristics that are becoming rare in construction these days! I will be able to trust them for any service I might need in the future.

I have never experienced a more professional business than pro west A/C. I've dealt with many different A/C companies in the past and these guys are the best. With many years of experience under their belt, there is nothing they can't handle. My calls are returned promptly and they don't stop till the job is done. I'm grateful to have found them and I promise you will be too!

My HVAC unit failed on a Friday evening. One call to sean and he had me covered. Assessed the unit. Together we determined replacement was the best option. Sean and his crew installed all new heating and AC equipment on Monday after the failure. They are truly craftsmen. Installation was flawless. Top it off with outstanding housekeeping. Overall great experience with sean and his crew. I've since purchased two water softeners from sean as well, one for primary residence, one for vacation home.
