4 hours after calling Total Line Heating about our failed hot water heater, their technician Ray was at our house installing a new one. I had already called around, so I know the price they were quoting was fair and the service was amazing. I would certainly use their services in the future. Much appreciated.

We had our furnace serviced by Ray and I must say how refreshing it was to have a technician who genuinely cared about his work and in "exceeding" the customers exceptions. He was patient, kind and very knowledgeable about all aspects of his business. During his work, he educated me about the maintenace and parts of our furnace as well as other important things to look out for regarding our systems in our home. Ray also took time to investigate an unrelated problem we were having and helped to rule out any serious issues giving us important info we now have to use going forward which was very much appreciated.

We live in North Vancouver, our furnace went so I called a few folks from the recommended list on Fortis. Ray from Total Line came, checked out our existing system thoroughly, then made recommendations that were fair and exactly what I asked for, zero upsell. Just a few days later when they said they would install the furnace they did so on time, and the install looks like they care. Overall exceptional work
