I recently had Total Line come out to repair my furnace and provide hot water tank service, and I am extremely satisfied with their work. The technicians were prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. They quickly diagnosed the issues with both my furnace and hot water tank, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions.

A couple of months ago Ray and his team installed a dual fuel heating system (Continental High Efficiency Furnace and Heat pump) at our home after our 12-year old furnace stopped working. His team also made some modifications to the ducting system to improve the flow of air around the house. Coupled with a new Ecobee smart thermostat, our heating system now works very well and our home is very comfortable. The installation was very neat and tidy and completed very quickly.
