    In September 2022 we contacted this company for an onsite quote for an installation of air conditioning. Trevor came, and he seemed professional and knowledgeable. But we never received the quote in spite of several follow up calls to the office. We had asked several HVAC companies for quotes, and all the quotes came within 72 hours & were free of charge. In November we made our decision among the quotes we received. In December this company charged our credit card $187.00 for a quote that we never received. How is this a five star rating company when they charged you for a quote that they never delivered?

    Western Pacific Mechanical did the installation of AC unit in our office and have been servicing it since. We haven't had any problems honestly, just checks and minors things. Very good with scheduling appointments. Trevor and his team are very honest, highly knowledgeable, and efficient. Their work and customer service are exceptional. Service technicians are professional and helpful with answering questions that isn’t too technical for lay person to understand. I would highly recommend using them.

    Western Pacific HVAC provided us with a great experience and a new ductless split unit. Their attention to our questions and needs was outstanding. The new system is amazing and has created an amazingly comfortable place for my family to live in. Their team was extremely accommodating to my family’s needs as we were still living in the house. They installed the system flawlessly and it looks and works great. I would highly recommend Trevor and his team to anyone looking to upgrade their HVAC system or any other service that they offer.

    Great experience with Cool Flow. Quick return on my phone call, estimate was accurate, and tecnician showed up right on time. We discussed the work and all implications before anything started then Trevor just got it done. Totally great experience all around and next job I have I won't hesitate to call them back. 100% recommend.

    Spent $60k for a hvac system which was sold to us as the best system available. This was approximately double what others quoted but we went with it because of how amazing Trevor, owner of Western Pacific, said it was. On day 1 (now about 30- days ago) we notified Western Pacific the system would not turn on. Apparently they never tested it. They sent someone to take a look at it and after a couple hours he cobbled together a temporary fix to get the heat operational. A week or so after that the weather got much warmer and we turned on the ac, which also did not work. We were told to power down each of the 7 thermostats and then reboot one of them, and this would allow us to change it to a/c mode. We were told this was a temporary hack until the system could be fixed. So we did this hack and later that night we heard water running, yet no appliances were on. Turns out Western Pacific drained one of the a/c units into an uncapped plumbing drain. This resulted in water spewing over our newly refinished antique hardwood floor, warping the floor. Western Pacific said they would pay to fix it, but they have yet to do so. We are now a month past when we notified Western Pacific that the system is not working. All calls, texts, and emails were being ignored until we threatened to take action against them. At the 11th hour we received an email from someone we have never dealt with indicating system works as intended. In reviewing their bill we just realized that they charged us for 8 units yet only installed 7. Trevor has vanished. He is not answering his phone or responding to emails or texts from 3 days ago. ** As an update to the review above (now approximately 4 months since install). Still no response from Trevor other than a threat to sue us for not paying for the missing equipment. Our GC has confirmed both verbally and in writing he did not provide Trevor with instructions or authorization to modify our system and he is "outraged" that Trevor made up this lie. A week ago we have had an official Samsung installation and repair company inspect the system and the technician said the system will never function as Trevor promised it would. The install and design is faulty (perhaps because Trevor/Western Pacific are not an official Samsung partner and obviously have no idea what they are doing). We will be ripping out the system and starting over, a huge job because the walls were open when it was installed and now the house is finished and we are living in it.
